High school graduation season is back as RVS reveal 2024 ceremony dates.

Alberta鈥檚 government is investing $30 million in new funding for sport and recreation facilities over the next year.

The Airdrie Minor Hockey Association (AMHA) and Global Sport Academy, a subsidiary of the multi-sport development organization Village Sports, announced a partnership last week that will 鈥渞evolutionize鈥� hockey player development in Airdri

Due to changing conditions, Rocky View County Fire Services has lifted its Fire Advisory for West Rocky View County. Effective as of May 1, there are no fire advisories or bans in the West Division of the County, and permit burning is allowed.

Their final show,聽Big & Bold, on May 11 will feature the Overture to Die Fledermaus, Brahms聽Symphony #1, and Paul Creston's聽Fantasy for Trombone & Orchestra.聽

The City of Airdrie is hosting numerous events from May 3 to 6.

The Airdrie Havoc U16 AA team, who finished atop their league this season but fell short of a provincial medal in March, have been disbanded by Hockey Alberta.
